Disappointing service

I am not happy with your service at all, clients needs are suppose to be your number one priority but what happened to me this morning showed me something different.I pay my premium every month a combined cover but I can't benefit from it.I was referred to hospital by my GP for sonar, I'm being told they won't cover because I'm not pregnant. Do they even know the reason I have to do that sonar? Do they even know the emergency of that? But no they still cannot cover, meaning I must pay from my pocket. What is the use of taking the combined cover, if we still have to pay from our pockets while paying a premium that covers for "hospital and day to day" each and every month. You failed to assist me you left me with no choice but to go pay cash cash that I do not even have, yet when I get paid I have Medical aid deducting from my salary.
