I have been having a bad experience with trying to use our benefits. The are so confused these, nobody knows what is supposed to happen there. You are being transferred from one to the next. Your are not assist and just told sorry. Bad bad cover and service delivery. Do not use. Just imagine going to hospital how ridiculous that is going to be.
