<div>I paid R9000 for 3 documents urgently needed, to them in January 2020. Quick to send the application forms and to take the money and from there absolutely no communication. Nothing to keep you updated on the progress and when you do get hold of them you always get the same answers. They told me it would take 3 weeks, max 1 month. Well.. it's been 14 months up to date and I have NO documents in my hand. They were quick to say Covid-19 and that Home Affairs were closed. But the 3 weeks/1month they told me it would take was supposed to be end of February 2020 and lockdown only started end of March 2020? They don't answer emails. They have no phone number to be able to talk to somebody and I have been blocked from FB messenger after I once again asked what is happening. And if you are lucky enough to ever get communication back from them before they block you, it's the same excuse, one after the other. We're working on it, Home Affairs this and that, Martin is going on Thursday again etc etc etc. Please do not make use of this company. They take your money and disappear. It blows my mind that there are people happy with their professional, fast & efficient service as I haven't seen one ounce of it in the last 14 months. Maybe friends that they ask to write reviews? As I definitely haven't found any of that in my dealings with them in the last 14 months. And reading some of the other reviews I am definitely not the only one feeling this way. </div>
