VERY BAD, TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY, NO SERVIVE! Stay away!!!!

NEVER use these ********. I started writing an essay as a review - as there is so many BAD things to say about this company. I decided to keep it short instead.

Lost my full R12 000 after trying to renew a passport from abroad. In 5 months nothing happened. Fly back in person to renew passport via ABSA - it took only 4 days. (Essential documents did nothing in this process) Prior to this I informed Essential documents that I need to cancel the service as nothing happened in 5 months (they have also given me wrongful info regarding the house rules of the embassy which they deny, even though have the evidence). They refuse to pay any money back even though an application was never even lodge yet. They told me to look at the mandate. The mandate only says it is the discretion of the company to determine how much work has been put in for a refund. Well, the only work they did is one liner emails over 5 months, huge delays in responses, can't get hold of them, always excuses, no answers to my questions. In the end when asking for a refund or even 50%, he refused and called me: You are a ****. You delay the process on purpose?? He also said if I get a lawyer that his lawyers will be ready for me and that if I dare to name shame him I will not get a police clearance as I am living abroad. He use this very very ugly 'power' with his clients, refusing to take blame, to rationalise the situation and just continue to take peoples money without producing any product (in this case a renewed passport). As he knows people don't have time or money to take him on, this will just sadly continue to happen.

Please STAY AWAY as you will loose all your money with no service at all!!!! And in the end he will BLAME you!
