Life Savers

I would like to give a grateful shout out to Essential Document Solutions (***) for their quick, effective and caring services. With the consulate and embassy unable to receive passport renewal applications for quite a while this year and then dealt with masses of appointments, I waited 3 months for mine. Just to illustrate why I am impressed: - Embassy appointment, 5 Oct - Documents dispatched via courier to DHA, 6 Oct - Courier delivered to DHA, 8 Oct (received confirmation on the 9th) - Passport's new commencement date, 14 Oct - Received a valid copy of my passport from Essential on 19 Oct ....on it's way via courier now! For me personally, they were life savers and I received fantastic services. It may come at a cost, but worth every ZAR paid as my residence visa can now be renewed (and I avoided becoming *******). I saw Essential recommended by someone on a Saffa page in September and took a chance. Risk vs. Reward....I'm a happy chappy today.
