Highly recommended service and totally delivers on promises

I app**** for my passport renewal in Shanghai in October 2018 (before the pandemic). I was expecting to have gotten my passport by May or June 2019, but with Covid-19 and the lockdown in SA, everything was messed up.

The consulate and embassies were unhelpful and the Department of Home Affairs in disarray and unresponsive. After seeking help from ministers, friends, family, strangers and anyone I could think of, I was left with no options with the pending expiry of my passport and visa.

They estimated they could get it done when nobody else could and delivery in 30 days. I had my passport in my hands in less than three weeks.
