Bad business

I was working in the usa on the h2a visa and i was there this winter, and could not stay because my pasport was about to expire in june. I then contacted esential document solutions and have had a zoom meeting after i strugled to get ahold of them after payment was made of R13000. They have told me to sighn power of atourney over to them so that they can go ahead and start with the procedure. I then did everything they have said. I had to come back to south africa so that i can get this problem solved. Wel its been a month abd its just a hassle to get these ppl to pull their fingers out of thei behinds to get the pasport. I basicaly gave this busines money for no services they claim rendered. I would firmly sugest not to use their services. They are ****ers. Be vigilant with these ppl and what they offer.
