Unauthorized debit orders processed

Once again Essential Credit processed an unauthorized debit order against my account. I have e-mailed them with bank statements as proof and tried phoning their offices. I have had no responses to my e-mails nor do they answer their phones. I have given them adequate time to respond and get back to me prior to reporting this matter to Hello Peter.<br> 27/01/2015 - 1st e-mail, no response
