Essential Chemist work to their own made up times

I am so sick and tired of essential chemist strand branch messing me around with regards to my 2 month family planning injection I always get my injection done at Dischem as I work close by but because I live in strand which I was told by the sister at essential chemist that they work on Saturdays but I need to phone in and double check which I phoned this week which essential chemist in strand told me that the sister will be there at 8:30am which suits me perfect as I started work at 9am I gave up my whole ffff morning to not go and gym due to my injection but it seems to essential chemist that a ladies family planning injection isn't important enough which them make their own times instead of stick to their times of the shop and what was said over the phone now I have to run around looking for another chemist which is full booked with appointments know people can understand why the are pregnancies bec if these chemits stuffing people around
