Wondering if Essential CBD Oil is legit.

I ordered Essential CBD Oil for R475 on the 22 March 2021 on online promotion. When I checked my bank statement to see if the purchase went through, I was surprised to discover that R3 049.35 was debited.

I cannot track delivery. The tracking link refers "Could not find tracking info for RRD***". Why is it?

I have since requested them to refund me the debited amount if clarification cannot be provided for:

(1) The actual amounted debited (2) No delivery of the purchased R475 order
