Their online store service sucks

Do not, I repeat, do not make an online order from Essenix beauty. I don’t know about their walk in experience but their online service is non existent. I waited almost 2 months for an order that was supposedly a 3-5 day shipping period. Their number goes unanswered & texts ignored. Thanx to Rudo for ultimately taking accountability but the damage was done, 2 months later. I’m yet to see the quality of the hair, that’s if it’ll ever come
