ESSENIX HAIR IS A SHAM

Please help me expose @EssenixHair l am sure there are more people out there that have had this experience. This lady sells hair and she is so rude l bought hair a few months ago from her a 32 inch wig from her the hair was of really bad quality it required combining literally all the time if you leave it just for 10mins then it looks like it's been poured porridge on.well l complained to this lady and she claimed it was too moisturized anyway l took it to my saloonist for wash and treatment but still if quality is bad its bad so l told her that's not what l paid for and l need her to do something about it, she told me to take the hair back and so l did. After trying to contact her for a month she finally said l pick up the hair which was again not what l paid for she gave me a 26inch with a 12inch closure same quality as the first and everytime l tried contacting her from then was just stories she says l go to the shop when l get to the shop she would not be there and her girls at the shop would say they do not know anything. I do not believe its fair for anyone to take almost 6k Rands and give you the wrong hair and ontop of it all just be plain rude by wasting your time.
