Essences for Life (Pty) Ltd (BE AWARE) also trading as "Factory Rejects Perfumes"
This company sells online fragrances and after you have placed your order and paid, you will not hear from this company again and will not receive the goods you paid for. PLEASE BE AWARE SOUTH AFRICA. I have placed and paid my order 30.12.2023 and have not received any feedback or update from them since. I have paid extra for Pudo to Door delivery which I should at least have received some confirmation by now.

18 Jan 2024, 22:55Update on my order #866 from Essence for Life (Pty) Ltd. I have send multiple whatsapp messages to the Business Owner Marizane van Wyk and to date I still have not received a reply. I have requested a refund for my paid order which they did not deliver or received any feedback regarding my processed order within the 7 business days as per their terms and conditions.
It is now 13 business days since I placed and PAID for my order with NO feedback or update.
The only response I received was when Hello Peter advised the business owner of my original review and I was messaged by the business owner expressing her disapproval of the "false" review I placed.
I will now pursue alternative avenues to recover my money from the business owner for products/services she did not deliver on. PLEASE be cautious when dealing with this online business.

The Courier Guy delivered my order after 16 business days after I have placed and paid my order.
Opened the package and it is not what I ordered.
This just shows the level of incompetence displayed by the business owner. I have queried this with the business owner but she has now blocked me on WhatsApp as this is the only form of contact they use to interact with customers...
My order is still outstanding and not delivered as the products received is NOT what I ordered and paid for -
Please be aware of this business.
