I only received half of what I paid for
I ordered 2 fragrances at the beginning of July. One arrived and all my requests for the second one, go ignored. Sometimes they respond that they will sort it out but they don’t but more often they do not respond to me at all.

Honestly impressed
I was a bit skeptical ordering a fragrance online because you never really know what you’re going to receive, but my experience with Essence Emporium was genuinely good. The fragrance arrived well packaged, the communication was clear, and the scent itself is beautiful and lasts surprisingly long. What stood out for me was that the whole process felt professional from placing the order to delivery. I’ve already had a few people ask me what I’m wearing. Definitely one of those stores I’ll be ordering from again.

The ordering process was smooth, and I received updates along the way which gave me peace of mind. My parcel arrived within a few days, well packaged, and everything was exactly as described on the website. I ordered a fragrance I’ve used before, and the scent, longevity, and packaging all checked out. It smells exactly the same and lasts the whole day, so I’m confident it’s authentic or very high quality. What stood out for me was the value for money and the communication. Anytime I had a question, I got a response, which is rare these days. Overall, a solid experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again and can recommend them if you’re looking for good fragrances without paying retail prices.

I’ve recommended Essence Emporium Fragrances to all my friends & family. I don’t usually order perfume online however after just 1 purchase I don’t see myself going to any store for fragrances again.
