On the 7th March I logged a complaint on Hello Peter about essence nail polish I purchased at clicks. I received correspondence within 48 hours, the team apologized for their fault and offered me a voucher or brand new nail polishes. I only use essence nail polish so I was more than happy to have my products replaced. The courier just delivered my parcel and I personally just wanted to thank Maureen Robert's and Suzanne Schlechter from Cosmetix for valuing me as a customer. Your customer is top class and even though I experienced a bad quality product I will continue to support your brand as you put your customer first!
