No seals!

I have a serious issue with the fact that their lip and eye products have no safety seals in place. I have complained numerous times in store about this and the staff advised me to address it with Essence directly. I did. Well their luke warm reply was infuriating to say the least. I have bought lip and eye products numerous times and you could see it was used in store as it is not sealed. Those products I had to throw away . Thats money I lost. I mentioned that in my complaint but they just ignored that. Dissapointing!
