Lash without limits waterproof mascara! Not what it says! Panda eyes!

Hi there, I recently ordered the essence lash without limits waterproof mascara from Amazon. However I’m NOT happy! I always use essence aside from revlon, and this literally runs so so quick that I look like a panda after an hour with smudged eyes!!! The mascara is clearly NOT waterproof and I wanted to make you aware. I understand it can’t be returned but I’m more than happy to send a picture of what my eyes look like after an hour.
