Esscor poor service

I am very disappointed with the service.My husband requested assistance with his debt and signed a contract but was never debited for a year .he now wants another company to assist him and Esscor won't release him to the new company cause apparently he needs ti make a payment it's been over 2 weeks of back and forth requesting the invoice yet I have not received it .what puzzles me is that how is a financial assisting institute take forever to know how much a customer owes them when they say he signed a contract why was he not contacted for banking details to do the debit .I have send emails ti request the contract, invoice and breakdown of the charges and no one has bordered to contact me back .I called and get told I need to wait I don't know how long their emails take .I am disappointed I need to have my Husbands name removed from debt review with esscor. They could not even send the invoice to Shado consulting which are the people trying to assist us.
