I app**** for debt solution because I believed and I was promised that I will save and have cash flow which did not happen I found myself with no money just after I was paid and with creditors calling and busy deducting money from my account, and this company also deducted and the agreement was the creditors will not deduct nor call me and I requested a refund and I was told to sent bank statement and copy of ID and the reason which I did and even told them that they should also deduct their admin fee and I have not receive any refund or communication of when should I expect it the only communication I received was acknowledgement of my email that it was received
