Useless staff & service

<p>So i bought a Russell Hobbs Novella coffe machine for my wife for mothers day, i bought it from a 3rd party and esquire is the supplier, the machine has a technical fault which was confirmed by Russell Hobbs as per my telecon with them, it is now 1 week and the machine has not been replaced, Esquires staff and service is useless.</p>
