Oustanding order and no reply to emails

So i ordered 2 X Manhattan USB to 9 Pin Serial Converter:Connects One Serial Device To A USB Port @ R 49.00 ex vat on 30/09/2015 this is the same day i got the email with the specials. When i phone in they told me there is no stock they will contact me when there is.Till today they never contacted me and i contacted them a couple of times then in January 2016 they said the order is cancelled i mean what the hell this is not the first time this happened what a load of bs<br> <br> My other complaint is i used to get emails from them with specials or new products but for the last couple of months i don't get anything anymore i emailed both branches to ask what is wrong and do they still send emails out also no response from either branch tried numerous times with no luck <br> <br> Now i want to know how do u want to keep your customers if this is the type of service we get in these tough times and with the current rand problems you should keep your customer/s happy or loose them and their business.
