No responce on a order
Buying online from esquire is a nightmare! I bought a Manhattan LCD Monitor Mount with Center Mount and Double-Link Swing Arms. They have taken my money and still no delivery, i have emailed them i get no response from them. Try calling them you cannot get any answers on this.
When i ordered the Manhattan LCD Monitor Mount with Center Mount and Double-Link Swing Arms there web site said they have stock, when you contact them there is no stock.
I will recommend that one should not buy anything online from them as they lie about what is instock.
I feel like they have ****** my money and they dont want to refund it.
The order was placed 19/09/2017 and still nothing from esquire! order number 69154

27 Oct 2017, 15:44After writing this post, Esquire contacted me directly and made every effort to fix what was wrong.
They have now added more people to the email address to be monitored and I placed another order, delivery was done in 1 day, communication in emails of status of where your order is all the time.
This is the type of service you need and want from any supplier. Esquire I am sure that if you keep communication with orders then there wont be problems.
Thank you for resolving this issue as fast as possible.
