Horrible after service/ *****s

<p>I bought a Samsung printer in the Cape Town branch after discussing with the manager that I require a printer that can print a lot off a cartridge. He then recommends the one I purchase which I then take home and start using it. Not even a week later I take it back after the cartridge is empty and did not even print 50 pages , he then tells me a new printer does not come with a full cartridge. I then purchase a new cartridge and 2 weeks later same problem, he then tells me after me running and phoning after them for 3 months that it's not there problem and the printer must go for a check up to see if it was faulty. I then told them I don't want it after 2 weeks because I never purchased a second hand printer. The so called boss in Jhb called Raj then called me and refunded me a thousand rand less than my purchase price. Please if you considering buying a computer product go to a reputable company and not a company that will mess you around </p>
