False Advertising

Received my newsletter with the latest specials, nothing strange. (Festive Deals #3) Went online, bought two of the items. The price at that time was different from the newsletter, also nothing strange as the website is not always up to date, normally they just send an updated Sales Order. Yet when I received the Sales Order the price was still different. I queried this, to which the reply, we made a mistake on the price for the newsletter, it should have been this.

As a business, it is your responsibility to live up to what you promise the customer, and now you are unwilling to sell me the item, at the price you advertised, because someone in your company made a mistake. Expecting me to pay another price (more expensive of course) to what was advertised.

Unprofessional to say the least.
