False advertising

This company relies on false advertising to secure business in the Eastern Cape. They do not have premises in Port Elizabeth, yet they have an active Website, indicating that the business is up and running, and they display all their contact details. You can call them on their PE telephone number, the call is taken, the order is taken, but when it comes to collection, they tell you they are in Midrand. (The phone call was diverted from PE to JHB - yet the caller is not informed. A small order then suddenly attracts a courier fee of R 300.00 and business undertakings are broken as there is now suddenly a 4 - 5 day delay caused by the couriers. I am seeking the correct platform to take this matter further as this company lacks ethic values but I need to warn other clients ASAP.
