Esquire win Lenovo warranty claim

I had a warranty claim on a Lenovo laptop which obviously had an assembly fault which caused a cable to burn. At first they would not honor se claim and blamed it on a surge. (And here I blame the external warranty provider - this was very lousy on their part as an inexperienced tech could see it was not a surge.) After a few weeks of emails and photos Mr Y at Esquire realized my claim had validity and decided to tackle the issue with them and eventually the laptop was fixed under warranty. Tough it was a tough one to get sorted I want to express my sincere gratitude for the willingness om Mr Y to get my issue sorted. Thank you very much!
