Esquire technologies does not honor warranties and their service is **********

I purchased a hoverboard for my daughter from Esquire technologies around June 2018. She used it for just under a month and the handle became loose. When I bought the unit I was told it came with a six month warranty. I also went for the more expensive type thinking it would of a better quality. The unit went in for repairs as soon as the 3rd term of school began. I have to mention that the technician receiving the unit commented on the excellent condition of it. It was barely used. I asked how long the repair would take and was told about 3 weeks. I was ok with that and told Esquire as long as I had it back before the 3rd term ended and school vacation began. After many emails, phone calls, contact with the CEO and much frustration, I was replaced with a visibly used demo/ display unit after paying R400.00 to Esquire technologies at the end of the school year. You can understand my disappointment as this unit was supposed to be under warranty. Apparently a bolt in the handle/ steering mechanism broke and they did not have any spares. Why should I be penalized if Esquire does not carry spares? Lo and behold, after about another month use the power button packed up. It was a demo unit so that explains why. The unit went it for repairs when the first 2019 school term began. The second term has now began and I still don’t have the unit. Any advice?
