Went to get my speakers volume knob fixed. After the techie in the back(which is not qualified to touch anything electronic) was through with it there was scratches on my speakers and when told werner he said \how do I know it wasnt already there\" the techie jammed the volume knob open with a ***** driver. Really intelligent. Went to roger the \"service manager\" and it was a story of just because 1 guy is like that you cannot judge the entire esquire. Actually i can. Roger couldn't help me either and they did not swop or repaired my speakers and it is still in warranty. Defective speakers. Bad attitude. When i told werner i was doing a voice recording he immediately changed his attitude. I dont care if they reply. But I would warn people to buy from them. This is serious. I wanted to buy a pc from them but that will never happen. If they cannot even swop out faulty speakers.
