Bad Service from Esquire

We have entered into an agreement with Esquire which according to the contract, cannot be terminated before a year. On the eleventh month (which is June 2020), we gave Esquire a one month notice to terminate our services. They have not terminated it and they continue to debit our account. We have since then sent multiple emails to Esquire as well as spoke to a manager and they have not sorted out the problem as yet.
