Attitude sucks.

I bought a laptop from "Evette" and asked her afterwards to check whether the laptop could take a Docking Station. She rep**** that she is not sure , (please note that the are no quotes) , but that the only way to check is to check on the screen. I then opened the laptop to check whether it can take a docking station and the result was negative. In other words the client did not want the laptop anymore. I then contacted Evette again and she said that the fact that I opened the laptop was a bit of an issue. In other words she could not replace the laptop as it is now second hand. Need I say more? Her boss then contacted me to say that he listened to the recording and that she never told me to open the laptop. LOL. Make your own conclusion.
