After spending hundred thousands,I lost confidence

I bought more than 100 tvs from Esquire Cape town thus far. My last consignment contained 1 unit with a cracked screen. Never has any tv been tested prior to leaving the store. This time was no different. This tv was returned, with original box(damaged on corner, as received). The branch booked it in, however I have not received no receipt to this effect. After about 3 weeks, I went back to the store. I was told that the suppliers wont repair, since it had someone pushing the top corner. This is impossible, since the box is damaged on the same corner. They now want me to take this same tv back, damaged screen and all. This is why big companies lose sales and clients.. The very same day, I went to another supplier to buy 10 x 32\ tv's
