Bad hair experience.

As nice and quaint as this shop is, I was quite shocked when I went in for my fifth haircut with them! Being a middle aged man who is still on the hunt for that special lady, I am very particular about how my hair/head looks.

On this particular occasion I left quite happy with my haircut. Little did I know that my barber had made small lacerations on the along my hairline at the back of my head. As they use only water instead of spirit or an alcohol based disinfectant after the shave I could not tell till 3 days later. I had cuts and ****les along my hair line.

Considering this to be a one time mistake and the other haircuts I had gotten from them, I went back to them to inquire if there was something I could put on them to hasten the healing process. I was instead confronted by the owner who said "you asked him to shape your neck so he shape it, plus he ask you if he can cut use razor on neck and you say yes." After a back and forth with the gentleman I realized that in his head, cutting and shaping are the same. And when attempting to involve the gentleman who actually cut my hair, he could not speak English at all. Which made me wonder how he asked me whether he could use a razor on my neck or not.

I gave up my attempt as language was a clear barrier and customer service is not a priority to them. I would not recommend them to anyone I consider to be my acquaintance.

Take note it wasn't a regular razor blade but the "old school" razor blade trimmer.
