The Owner Is A Complete Joke, Have Some Respect

I went to the bathroom and there was no water (In the middle of a pandemic, can you imagine lol). So I said to my mate "how'd you wash your hands with no water", only for this absolute joke of a restaurant owner to shout at me like I'm his wife's dog. He shouts at me to use the ladies bathroom and then runs away to his staff to mumble stuff under his breath (which failed because I could hear him). How can you as a business owner act like a complete *********** child? Its embarrassing to say the least. The fact you dont have card facilities in 2021 baffles me.
