Espresso Bakery Paarden Eiland

Ordered cap from Espresso Bakery for an event. I was there to collect at 3:55pm as their shop closes at 4pm Fridays. Can there and the shop was closed. Dialled the number on the invoice and pressed no. 1 for orders, no answer. I had to make alternative arrangements to get cake for the event which costed me more money. Phoned on Monday morning a manager by the name of Alex told me that there is nothing he can do and I must do whatever I want to do with the cake. He even said I can donate the cake but I will not be getting a refund. He also said that it is not their problem that my time is not in sync with their and that is my problem. I will never support Espresso Bakery again. This was the worst service ever. I will never support the establishment again.
