Disgraceful Service

I ordered pastries from these people for our Church Bazaar. They insisted that we pay via EFT before delivery. I asked for delivery at 9am By 10am they has still not arrived. When they finally came -- there was whole tray of items missing -- or rather "replaced" with what they felt like sending. An item that was USELESS to us --- an not even the same value as the what we had ordered. When I called them -- the lady on the other end of the line wasn't even interested!!! We PAID upfront -- and did NOT get what we paid for Technically -- they ****** us What a disappointment and a disgrace!!
