******, defamation of character & poor service delivery.

Been acquiring for a big cat for a long time, and always been interested because many friends of mine have big cats. One of those breeds was ragdolls cats. Stumbled across Esperanza Ragz most liked page on Facebook whom specialized in breeding ragdoll kittens. Thinking that they are probably the best - was I so mistaken. Contacted them through email regarding adoption and the process. Receive no response for over 2 days, whereas my friend received a response immediately. On top of that claimed that "the email was off and unable to connect" where she exclaimed to my friend over a phone call that is mentioned later on. Furthermore, once the breeder did respond, there was no clarity regarding adoption process other than a questionnaire what serves no purpose at all and does not filter or regulate bad people that might do harm to a kitten to a person who are interested in looking after one. Therefore, asked a friend to find out more in this regards, this person name Breeze Swartzberg picks up and have this amazing conversation regarding ragdoll cats with my friend, until when my friend brought me up into the conversation. She then gave my friend an extremely off putting tone of voice and exclaimed that she distrust Chinese or Asian people (which is extremely ****** if you'd ask me - do not know who offended her to be so extreme and so specific to a race), and then telling my friend that Chinese or Asian people will sell those kittens overseas to make more money or worse **** them (**** them?? like really?? - in which world would someone **** an adorable kitten?? Worst part is that she is probably assuming Asians might even eat them which would have turned to a court case, not to mention her attitude to the world is absolute ignorance). Furthermore, little did I know how wrong I could be about a person, I completed the questionnaire regardless, hoping that there might still be a chance to adopt a kitten and maybe oversee the racial comments. The after response that I received was I will be placed on a waiting list with no indication of the duration or any updates regarding litters (which many others probably already have received their kittens long after contacting her that same day and this was at the beginning of the year). So naturally, who is willing to adopt from a place where there is a "selection according to race" (**************); shows no interested in customer delivery; lack of customer care (no updates, no photos and no respect); and who would be willing to adopt from a place where you do not even know what you are adopting in the first place. According to Esperanza Ragz they choose their own customers to sell to, and on top of that discriminate against race. I decide to change where I would like to adopt. After having the chance to adopt a new kitten elsewhere, from a new breeder. She then tries to sabotage my adoption process through contacting the new breeder and informing her as well as falsely accusing me that I trade cats on a black markets and sell or **** kittens. To my knowledge that is defamation of character and can be brought up to court. Never in my life have I ever been so ridiculed by one person in such a racial manner that I feel disgusted. And in future I hope this does not happen to anyone else and of any race.
