Bad unprofessional service

I ordered cupcakes from this establishment on Monday, 15 February 2016. Wed, 17 February 2016 I received a call from the owner, confirming the design etc. On Friday, 19 February 2016 I received cupcakes that do not even have a close resemblance to that ordered. It's so bad that I could never display them. Wrong design, colour etc, I confirmed with the owner that I will return them and collect my money. R300 for 15 cupcakes. Unfortunately the cupcakes slide off the back seat in transit and upon arrival the shop manager was advised of this. My money was returned. We then start receiving threatening whatsapp messages that we would be \named and shamed\" on social media due to the state of the cupcakes and our photos will be used. When blocking this very unprofessional persons profile, they proceed to use another number and harass us even further. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company.<br> The photos are available on request, unfortunately I am unable to attach them on hellopeter."
