Bought shoes online and paid through ozow payment platform on the 4th of May 2022 and now I can't get hold of them nor have i received any shoes! Have however gotten in touch with ozow as it's against their terms and conditions to do ********** transactions which this seems to be. They are investigating and I'm waiting for feedback and for my money to be returned.
