***** found in Eskort Russians

I bought a packet of the Cheese Russians - smoked & spicy today from our local Goldfields Spar. As I was chewing the russian, I bit onto something very hard. As I spat this out to see what it was, I came across a piece of silver steel *****. You can clearly see that it is the head of a *****. I have the photos as proof. Luckily for me, I could see this but what would have happend if my 3 year old were to be eating this, my child could have choked. This is absolutely dissapointing. I buy Eskort products regularly and if this is the quality of service that I receive then Eskort can consider a client lost. I refuse to accept this as this could be very detrimental to their business and should I not receive some sort of explanation, I will not leave this here.
