Rotten Viennas and no Response from Eskort!

It would seem customer care is not your number one priority as there is just one email address on your whole website for communication in a day where this has become the no 1 form of communication and on top of that nobody bothers to respond to the emails sent!!

For as long as I can remember I've been eating and buying your products most people in Estcourt grow up to such, so you can imagine my disappointment when I realized that your food decided to go off well in advance I had only opened this packet merely 4 days and it was in the fridge when it decided to show this offish colour and smell!! **disgusting** I know your products are Listeriosis free which is good but that when you find products going off like this way off the expiry date now that's concerning. To say I'm disappointed and disgusted is an understatement! I think my biggest disappointment is that I had to throw half of those Viennas away as I don't have a dog who can chew on such otherwise they would not have been wasted you see. Please advice how it is that this happened and how do I avoid buying things refrigerate them accordingly only to find them rotten and wasting my money.
