Rotten beef patties and russians

I own a restaurant, been using eskort products for over a year. Over the past 2 months have had to take back their beef patties because they were rotten, smelled horrible and would break on the grill due to them being dry. Today had to take back a box and get a refund this after i received a bad review on Mr D Food saying the beef pattie was rotten, and true they did smell and taste off. A month ago i had a problem with the russians, they were rotten, smelt off and had to take them back for exchange. Something has seriously gone wrong with the quality of your products and its hurting my business.
