POOR SERVICE!

I purchased the Eskort Cheese Russians about a month ago from Checkers Hyper - Newcaste, and 3 weeks ago I had a problem with the product - there was a black looking substance inside, which looked very disgusting and because of that reason the entire meal had to be thrown away because no one would have an appetite to eat after seeing that. I had called their toll free number and spoke to a Thembi, she gave us her email address to send pictures of the product and said she will get back to us and that she will send us an e-wallet voucher, but those are only paid out on Wednesdays. Ever since i contacted her, she did not bother to provide feedback until we again contacted her. Only then did she send us the feedback on the product, and to this day going for the fourth week, i still haven't received the e-wallet, several Wednesdays have passed and nothing has been done! This service is extremely pathetic and *********. Thembi was very unbothered by the entire situation. I have been a loyal customer and to experience this kind of service is beyond disappointing.
