NO RESPONSE, FEEDBACK OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

If I could I would have given them NO STARS whatsoever, as I have mailed them twice with an enquiry, without any acknowledgement or response. I wonder if they are even aware of their overall low rating as a Company? This is not acceptable to me as it is outright rude!!! Let's stand together to boycott them as more than one person comments on the fact that they are just given a cold shoulder and are being ignored
