Mooshy Starchy tasting viennas and Russians...

I don't know why more people are not complaining about this, but what has happened to Viennas and Russians that they no longer contain proper meat but a weird Starchy blend that feels mushy and disgusting in my mouth. I grew up with delicious Eskort viennas and Russians that were delicious! They had a snap to them and tasted like salted pork meat. Now it has too many additives and the sausage fillings taste like very finely ground up garbage. Proteins coagulate and tighten/shrink when you cook them. These new viennas and Russians just go even musher. It tastes like I have a mouth full of boiled polony in my mouth. Not good! I have stopped buying your Red and Smoked viennas because they are horrible. Now I only buy Chicken viennas or Woolworths viennas that taste like a viennas should!
