Horrible service

I went to Eskort boulevard to get some hampers at around 15h55 on the 18th March 2021, I appraoch the lady who serve hot dogs with an intention to buy and she refered us to make payment in the store since she doesn't have a speed point. When I was paying for the goods that I got and also the hot dogs she informed us that she is closed and we must not pay anymore. I left the store heart broken as the customer.
