French polony 2.5KG HAS A BEST BEFORE DATE OF THE 03/08/2018 BUT ITS OFF

Good day

On the 04/04/2018 I bought a few things at Eskort Heidelberg amongst those there was French polony 2.5KG which had an expiring date of the 03/08/2018 but when I tasted it it was off , I wrote an email to their customer service address which I got a call the following day and told her everything that I still have the slip for proof and have kept the product as well on the fridge as evidence , she told me that she will make sure they call me so we can arrange whether they will come pick it up or should I go there for return and I have been sending her emails almost every week but she keeps on telling me that someone will call me about it which doesn't happen and tomorrow will be 2 weeks exactly with this issue not being sorted out .

I feel they not treating their customers fairly at all.Hope I will get a way forward on this after writing this on hellopeter.
