Excellent customer service

Bought an Eskort - opened it yesterday and found that there was something wrong with it although the expiry date is only 22 Feb 2016. I took a photo of the expiry date and sent it to them - Within an hour I had an email requesting more info. Today someone from Eskort arrived at my house with a whole hamper of Eskort meat products - WOW great servise - Thank you
