I purchased a pack of Cheese Russians after cooking it. It tasted sour. Very disappointed to throw the entire pack away.

terrible customer service they offered me a compensation and they sent it to the incorrect number yet clearly on the email the contact number was sent. It was then to be rectified but nothing happen waiting two weeks now and still no reply and no compensation
