Black thing in eakort palony

I bought escort garlic palonynfrom a butchery in the West of Johannesburg. I normally freeze my palonies and use it when needed. Yesterday I made lunch and opened the palony. This morning I wanted to cut the palony in half and grate it as I normally do and then freeze the other half until needed. When I cut the palony I noticed something black in the palony this totally disgust me. I'm not happy that tleven when I searched on google I found no customer complaint line for this huge company but rather just ingi contacts.
