Bad Service from Eskort

I contacted Eskort on the 8th of August about a chicken polony product I had bought, and was already off, even though the expiry date was the 22nd of August. The lady on the other side of the call assured me that I would receive a call back in the following week. I was also told to keep the pack in the freezer. I waited, and time went on. On the 3rd of September, I was reminded by the pack that was still in my freezer that Eskort had not followed through. I then called again, and this time my details were put on the system. Again I was assured that I would receive a call, and still have not. I have since refrained from buying their products because of this bad service, and a rotten product.
